Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Webb Adult Medical Clinic. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a diverse healthcare team. Your role will involve implementing evidence-based plans, conducting nursing assessments, and promoting excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment for patients. Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to establish goals and strategies for care. Supervise and educate clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports. Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatments.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses. Provide supervision to less skilled healthcare personnel.
• Promote a positive patient experience through effective communication and care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
