Registered Nurse (RN) - Westside Adult Medical Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Westside Adult Medical Clinic on a PRN basis. As a member of our ambulatory care services, you will provide patient care, education, and support to individuals and families in an outpatient setting. Our ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver exceptional care guided by the Theory of Human Caring.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and provide patient education.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to establish goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and support clinic team members, ensuring quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for treatments, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use, communication, and EMR systems.

$31.34 - $47.01 per hour
