Resident Care Associate

Job Description

The Bungalows at Springfield East is looking for Resident Care Associates to join their team. As a Resident Care Associate, you will be reporting directly to the Family Experience Director, Pearl Director, or the Assistant Family Experience Director. This role involves providing high-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods as per their Personalized Service Plan. Responsibilities include assisting with activities, maintaining cleanliness, responding to resident needs promptly, and ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans.
• Ensure proper hydration and meal attendance for residents.
• Comply with resident rights and initiate appropriate activities.
• Monitor resident cleanliness, clothing, and overall condition daily.
• Follow sanitary procedures, check room cleanliness, and assist with laundry.
• Complete all activities of daily living according to the resident's plan.
• Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells.

Requirements

• High School education preferred; previous experience with elders or disabled individuals is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform personal care aspects.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak service hours.
