Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all facets of restaurant operations in the areas of People, Profitability, and Operations.
- Set an example in customer service, ensuring efficient and courteous interactions.
- Work with the District Manager to enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervising employees.
- Collaborate with vendors professionally and address customer complaints promptly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fast-food restaurant management, preferably 2 years.
- 5 years of restaurant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to execute operational procedures and enforce company policies.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- State-issued driver’s license and pass a background check.
