Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic part-time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in engaging consumers by ensuring timely and attractive shelf displays of the latest releases and best-selling products in Walmart stores. You will work with a variety of products, including books, magazines, and national brands, making each store visit a unique and dynamic experience.
Responsibilities
- Reset, stock, and maintain book and magazine displays, focusing on new releases, best sellers, and children's books.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with Store Management and Associates to optimize merchandising opportunities.
- Report on service visits and upload photos using a mobile application for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using a smart device for efficient communication and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with honesty and professionalism.
- Available to work on Tuesdays and 2-3 other weekdays with flexible scheduling.
- Capable of lifting 25lbs regularly and up to 60lbs occasionally.
