Rider - Helper

Job Description

Koopman Lumber Co is seeking a Rider - Helper to join our team in Sutton, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and courteous delivery of building materials to customer facilities, as well as assisting drivers with loading and unloading. If you have experience in a warehouse or lumber yard environment and are physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy loads, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Ensure the quality of shipments from the facility to their destination.
• Follow all safety measures and guidelines.
• Assist drivers with handling windows, cabinets, and doors.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 75-100 pounds.
• Experience in a lumber yard or warehouse is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in varying outdoor conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
