Job Description

We are looking to hire a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Surgical Services team at ThedaCare. As an RN in our dynamic environment, you will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the high-quality care standards of ThedaCare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum.
• Work interprofessionally to ensure compassionate and safe patient outcomes.
• Promote innovation, growth, and professional development in nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• BSN or ADN with agreement to obtain BSN within five years.
• AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
