RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for an RN or LPN to join our team at Alliance Nursing, providing private duty nursing services to pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. This role involves delivering critical care to individuals with complex medical needs, including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to pediatric clients, delivering nursing interventions and treatments as required.
• Utilize strong assessment skills and nursing judgment to respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing assessments and interventions.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Multi-State License from a participating Compact State (if applicable).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to act decisively in critical situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
