Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and modify treatment strategies based on patient responses.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with patients and interprofessional teams to establish measurable goals and strategies for care.
• Supervise, educate, and support clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and RN (Registered Nurse) licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ANA standards, patient safety, and cultural competence.
