As a sales support specialist, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the sales design team, building customer loyalty, and prospecting new clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the day-to-day operations of the showroom, supporting the sales team and store manager, and contributing to increased sales and business growth.
Requirements
- Great merchandising, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Resourcefulness in addressing customer needs.
- Demonstrated energy, determination, and a proactive attitude.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer, systems, and mathematical skills.
