Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join the Amazon Data Services team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As part of the Hardware Engineering team, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge server products, working closely with customers, interdisciplinary teams, and partners to deliver innovative solutions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the design and development of server products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs and business goals.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver products to the data center.
- Oversee server quality post-launch and ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of hardware development experience in server architecture.
- Experience in leading ODMs and suppliers in product development.
- Expertise in server technologies such as Thermal/Mechanical design and high-speed bus design.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Startup experience and project management skills.
- Experience with hardware validation and large-scale deployment.
