Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Development Engineer with a passion for cryptography to join our AWS Cryptography team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. The team is focused on providing top-notch security features to ensure our customers' data remains safe in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete software development lifecycle for AWS Cryptography.
- Operate a globally distributed AWS business with a focus on security.
- Build foundational libraries using C and Rust for secure services.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in programming with at least one software language.
- Leading design or architecture experience.
- Previous mentorship or team leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
