Senior Software Development Engineer - AWS Cryptography , C3P

Job Description

We are looking for a highly-skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Cryptography team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. As a part of the Protocols, Algorithms, and Libraries (PAL) team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining secure, open-source encryption tools and libraries to protect sensitive data for AWS customers. Your responsibilities will include owning the software development lifecycle, operating globally distributed servers, and delivering foundational libraries using C and Rust.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Previous mentorship or tech lead roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
