Job Description
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Centers. In this role, you will consult with customers regarding their service needs, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of service work by our technicians. If you have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle service.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Ensure work is completed by service technicians promptly.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to delegate tasks and manage people effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, ethics, and safety.
Preferred Education/Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise non-supervisory service technicians.
Work Environment
Work near moving mechanical parts; moderate noise level.
Physical Demands
Stand, talk, hear, walk during work; occasional sitting.
