Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a full-time member of our Allied Health department, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW qualification.
