Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, and counseling related to medical treatments and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification is a plus.
