Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Social Worker at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time role located in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital. As a Social Worker within our hospital setting, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your duties will include addressing common concerns such as adjustment to institutional living, financial matters, family relationships, medical procedures, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification needed.
