Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
