Shearer's is seeking a passionate and dedicated Supervisor to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. As a People Leader, you will be responsible for leading employees in a manufacturing environment on the night shift. This pivotal role involves ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives are met through effective leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee plant floor activities to maintain product quality
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to create a secure work environment
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Enhance employee relations through training and evaluation
• Monitor and optimize work processes using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to streamline operations
• Create and manage work schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in food processing
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is beneficial
