Job Summary

The Instrument Repair Technician & Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing quality service on customers' optical and GNSS equipment, including diagnostics, repair, calibration, and more. This role also involves assisting in customer relations, order fulfillment, showroom display, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, testing, repair, and calibration on survey and mapping equipment.
• Create and process service work orders for repairs.
• Assist with order fulfillment coordination and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to stay updated on required training.
• Support branch personnel in maintaining equipment rentals and customer relations.

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge of electronics and survey equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 OS and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
