In this role, you will oversee all Front of House operations, ensuring that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to our guests. As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage all Front of House employees to provide an exceptional guest experience every day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and prioritize guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through coaching and evaluations.
  • Control liquor orders, costs, and enforce Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through feedback and support.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Front of House employees.
  • Set schedules, assign tasks, and create a fun, safe environment for the team.
  • Implement safety food handling procedures and uphold operational goals.
