Job Description
Toyo Tires, a global leader in tire manufacturing, is seeking a Tire Design Engineer to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and improving tire specifications to ensure exceptional performance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental and production tire building specifications.
- Conduct tire builds, analyze test tire sections, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate testing processes and evaluate competitor tires.
- Collaborate with Material Design Engineers to introduce new materials.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate effectively within the team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with one to two years of related experience preferred.
- Understanding of tire manufacturing processes and testing methods.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for innovation and quality.
