Job Description
We are hiring a Tire Design Engineer to join our innovative team at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As a Tire Design Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the tire manufacturing process, construction, testing, and performance to introduce new tire lines, maintain specifications, and enhance overall tire performance.
Responsibilities
- Create experimental tire building specifications and conduct controlled experimental tire builds.
- Analyze test tire sections and understand failure modes in real-world conditions.
- Coordinate production tire builds, testing, and competitor analysis.
- Work with Material Design Engineers on material evaluation programs.
- Effectively communicate and maintain existing specifications.
Education and Experience
Engineering degree with one to two years of related experience or equivalent combination. Mechanical engineering background preferred.
