Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description

We are looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA. As the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, overseeing financial planning and data analytics, and guiding business planning initiatives throughout the organization. This role reports to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer and involves leading a high-performing financial planning and analytics team, conducting in-depth financial analysis, identifying key performance indicators, and presenting financial reports to senior leadership. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and expertise in financial modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Enhance financial strategy and decision making through high performing financial planning and data analytics system.
• Lead and develop a high-performing financial planning and analytics team.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in financial planning and analysis, required.
• Strong leadership skills and successful team management experience, required.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, required.
