In this role, you will act as the primary contact for customers, managing all event details to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and providing outstanding service. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics with various departments post-sale closure, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and vendors to secure special orders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings, pricing, and execute cruise requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal departments for flawless event delivery.
  • Provide superior customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and upselling additional offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service and industry experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
