Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Your contributions will directly impact our warehouse operations, and you will work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
