Assistant Chief Medical Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Chief Medical Officer to join Metro Community Health Center, an integrated medical, mental health, and dental clinic in Swissvale. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population, regardless of identity or financial status.

Responsibilities

• Direct medical care for patients ensuring accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide leadership to clinical staff to meet care standards and productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• BE/BC degree in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitalist experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality measures and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Active state license and relevant certifications.
