Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center. In this role, you will provide services and education to dialysis patients and caregivers to enhance their nutritional well-being in compliance with health regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling based on patient needs.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition interventions based on patient progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plans and continuous quality improvement teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland or location of the facility.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian in clinical nutrition.
- 5 years of experience in a dialysis setting preferred.
