Assistant Restaurant Manager
Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harvest Grille Restaurant. As a key member of our dining team, you will oversee the efficiency of the kitchen, dining room, private dining room, and catering areas. Your responsibilities will include supervising, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing dining room staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting meal service operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop restaurant staff and supervisors.
- Ensure high-quality food portioning and attractive plate presentation.
- Maintain organization and sanitation standards in the dining areas.
- Ensure staff compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Engage in resident and employee satisfaction programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in dining room management.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality (or relevant field).
- Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and staff.
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Relevant food service license or certificate.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
