Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician C to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. As a crucial team member, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of freight transport equipment, including diesel tractors, trucks, and forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel tractors, trucks, and forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Track and prioritize work to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and conduct system repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training.
- Prior experience in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, or ASE Certification preferred.
Salary
$28.80 - $35.80 per hour
