Job Title: Direct Sales Representative
Join our team at Badger Daylighting Corp as an Outside Sales Representative (OSR). We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive sales growth in a defined territory. As an OSR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new business and enhance account management.
Responsibilities
- Engage in business development activities in a field sales role.
- Focus on business acquisition and account management to grow Badger's business.
- Develop a growth strategy to achieve financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
- Promote company services to meet clients' objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts adhering to legal guidelines.
- Provide reliable feedback and post-sales support.
- Establish long-term relationships with new customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
- Customer support and account management experience.
- Ability to build rapport with client prospects.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Industry experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field beneficial.
Compensation and Company Overview
The expected salary range for this role is between $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, plus uncapped commissions and a 6-month commission guarantee.
