Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Establish staffing levels and action plans to improve operations
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans
- Develop, train, and motivate team members
- Approve time-off requests and coordinate recruitment activities
- Communicate company strategy and values to create a teamwork environment
- Review competitive pricing and provide product feedback
- Coordinate with regions and manage compliance with policies and regulations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of human resource management principles
