Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tourism strategies to increase visitor numbers and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including tour operators, travel agencies, and other tourism-related businesses.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Represent company & brands at industry functions and sales events.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to target specific tourist demographics.
  • Monitor and analyze tourism data to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal departments and tenants to ensure seamless coordination of tourism-related activities.
  • Actively participate in community or professional organizations with other industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in tourism development, marketing, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of the California / San Francisco tourism landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with industry partners.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to attract visitors.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
