Join our team at The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry by Hilton as a Front Desk Agent. As a pivotal member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate revenue posting and daily departmental balancing. You will also be responsible for completing essential reports for our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily audit procedures as outlined by the hotel and company.
  • Generate and analyze all necessary audit reports.
  • Oversee wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling.
  • Balance cash receipts and duties conducted during the audit shift.
  • Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and following days' business.
  • Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during night hours.
  • Participate in front office meetings and training programs.
  • Act as a PBX operator during the audit shift.
  • Greet guests warmly and engage proactively in guest interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to the position.

Physical and Mental Requirements

The Front Desk Agent role may require standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle moderate physical tasks. Additionally, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and financial acumen are vital for successful performance in this position.
