Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dialysis team. As an LPN at HSM, you will provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments, deliver professional and technical nursing care, act as a Team Lead when necessary, and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care. This position also requires maintaining a safe patient environment and may involve prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Education Requirements and Position Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successful completion of the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
