Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments based on physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
