Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our City Experiences team in Chicago, IL. At City Experiences, we are passionate about providing exceptional experiences on land and water, serving over 30 million guests annually through our diverse portfolio of brands. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our account manager team, driving sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of regional vessels, products, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Meet prospecting goals through client outreach and identifying warm leads.
  • Present pricing effectively to drive sales and handle objections using product expertise.
  • Coordinate post-contract follow-ups, upselling opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Attend networking events and support account managers in achieving sales targets.
  • Manage event coordination, communicate product details, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for planning, tracking, and reporting sales activities.
  • Assist in resolving guest issues promptly and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 1 year of sales support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate site visits, inspections, and guest needs.
