Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, monitor their condition, and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assist with administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Supervise and oversee the care provided by unlicensed staff members.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
