Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

As the Clinical Supervisor at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC, you will play a key role in supervising staff clinicians and interns to deliver a comprehensive care program for clients receiving Behavioral Health services. You will oversee caseloads, productivity, and board requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery in a culturally responsive manner, regardless of clients' backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation.
  • Oversee management of discharge plans and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
  • Provide direct supervision to the Behavioral Health team and ensure productivity goals.
  • Interview, onboard, coach, and assess performance of team members.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or related healthcare field.
  • Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Arizona.
  • 5+ years of counseling experience and 3+ years as a Clinical Supervisor.
  • Proficiency in HIPAA, Microsoft Office, and EMRs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to establish effective relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trauma survivors or EMDR trained.
  • Knowledge of LGBTQIAS+ and HIV/AIDS communities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish-English is a plus.
