Job Description
As the Clinical Supervisor at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC, you will play a key role in supervising staff clinicians and interns to deliver a comprehensive care program for clients receiving Behavioral Health services. You will oversee caseloads, productivity, and board requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery in a culturally responsive manner, regardless of clients' backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation.
- Oversee management of discharge plans and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
- Provide direct supervision to the Behavioral Health team and ensure productivity goals.
- Interview, onboard, coach, and assess performance of team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or related healthcare field.
- Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Arizona.
- 5+ years of counseling experience and 3+ years as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Proficiency in HIPAA, Microsoft Office, and EMRs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to establish effective relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with trauma survivors or EMDR trained.
- Knowledge of LGBTQIAS+ and HIV/AIDS communities.
- Bilingual in Spanish-English is a plus.
