Position Title: MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Develop aviation network and relationships to find new customers for the MRO business.
- Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Provide service agreement, program management, and customer issue resolution.
- Liaise between internal organizations and customers, contributing to sales and business plans.
- Analyze problems, lead programs/projects, and assist in negotiations with clients.
- Generate operating procedures to support customers and contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales, Customer Contract or Product Management experience.
- Recent experience in aviation industry, preferably in MRO.
