Job Description
OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at OnPoint Family Medicine located at DTC. As part of our physician-led network, you will play a pivotal role in providing quality healthcare to our patients with a focus on wellness and comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Administer direct patient care following ethical medical practices and guidelines.
- Mentor staff members to enhance performance and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and meet clinical obligations of the health center's medical practice.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures for efficient clinical processing and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the administration regarding any practice-related issues.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program with a Colorado license.
- Board Certification in the relevant specialty.
- Proficient in computer skills with EMR experience preferred.
- Hold a Basic Life Support card.
