Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be providing nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for quality care delivery.
- Create and revise care plans based on patient/family needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
