Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team at Centria Autism. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly meetings with business units, providing HR guidance as needed.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
• Manage complex team member relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide performance management guidance and support workforce planning.
• Identify training needs and collaborate on recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5-7 years of HR experience resolving complex issues, with strategic HR experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, and employment laws.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite.
• Ability to interpret data and drive business results.

Working Conditions

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, flexibility required to support different time zones.
• Physical demands include sitting, walking, and occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
