Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

Centria Autism is seeking a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. Your role will involve fostering partnerships to enhance overall business performance and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's financial position, plans, culture, and competition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
• Analyze trends to develop solutions and programs.
• Manage complex team member relations and conduct thorough investigations.
• Ensure legal compliance and reduce risks.
• Provide performance management guidance and improve work relationships.
• Identify training needs and support training programs.
• Participate in compensation analysis and strategic HR initiatives.
• Collaborate on recruitment and diversity strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5-7 years of team member relations experience.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws and guidelines effectively.

Working Conditions

• Standard office hours with occasional flexibility required.
• Physical demands including sitting, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
