We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for effective care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services (preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing (Preferred).
