Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center as a valuable member of our team. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will have the opportunity to work day shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm at our innovative Renal Dialysis Program. You will play a crucial role in providing state-of-the-art care to end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing various types of dialysis.
- Lead and direct clinical staff to deliver high-quality care in line with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Continuously enhance your nursing skills and knowledge to improve patient care.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients receiving dialysis treatment.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, compact licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Certification in BLS from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Grace Medical Center-specific applications.
