Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the operation of our restaurant at the Atlanta Marriott managed by Dimension Hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, maximizing profits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and financial reports for corrective action.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards.
  • Implement sales and marketing programs.
  • Ensure employee motivation, training, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Protect physical assets and ensure safety and security measures.
  • Enhance communication systems for all employees.
  • Create programs for increased customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of dining room supervisor experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.
