Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical treatments and end-of-life issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and address common social problems.
- Assist with discharge planning and counseling on death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
- Working knowledge of theory and practice in the social work field.
