Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial support and counseling to patients and families.
• Assist in addressing issues related to aging, powerlessness, and end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
