Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.

Responsibilities

Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
Assist with issues related to adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
Address challenges such as understanding medical procedures, changes due to aging, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
Proficiency in clinical social work theory and practice.
